Gluten Free Applesauce Bread

During the Ice week Minnie and I baked some breads out of our new Gluten free cookbook from Grammy. Here we are making the Applesauce Bread. She really liked it. One of the things about cooking Gluten free, is the weird ingredients. =) This recipe called for Guar Gum!
It looks runny but turned out perfect!
