Strawberry Jam

While being on bed rest after back surgery, I decided I wanted to start canning and making jams. Hubby bought me a book about canning, and bought me all my supplies. Here is Minnie helping me make Strawberry Jam. It is now one of our favorites. It was supposed to go in our food storage, but every time we run out, someone always grabs a new one out of storage. =) Helping mom mash up the strawberries while they cook. She is such a great helper, and I am enjoying this time together.
King Louie even got us fancy lids for our jam. =)
